Mercure Brighton Seafront Hotel

Quirky decor, comfortable beds. Great location on the seafront with friendly staff. Good shower with secure door. Steps away from the beach, Brighton bandstand, and pier.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the railway station and close to Brighton town center. The central location made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The hallways were well-maintained and had a modern feel. We appreciated the fact that the hotel had its own bar, which was a great spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The room we stayed in had a clean and spacious bathroom, providing all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and we particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked sausages. Additionally, the room had a coffee machine, which was a nice touch.

The hotel could improve on the cleanliness of the rooms and pay more attention to detail in the bathrooms to ensure a more pleasant stay.

Had a fantastic Christmas stay in a hotel on the seafront. The location was perfect, right in between Hove and Brighton with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the sea. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed for a cozy Christmas.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right by the beach. I enjoyed being able to walk to the railway station and explore the area. The service here was top-notch, with room service available 24/7 and friendly, attentive staff. I appreciated the little touches like the welcome drink and the happy hour at the bar. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Great price, clean and nice room, well equipped, excellent staff. Convenient parking right at the front of the hotel. Room service meal was very nice. Location is perfect for accessing the beach. Small but clean room with nice additions like toothbrushes and slippers. Gorgeous decor in the reception area. Friendly and polite staff. Well-stocked bar with a good view of the sea.

We stayed at a hotel located in the maze of backstreets for a while, on the more quieter end of the Kings Rd. It was a perfect location as it was close to attractions but away from direct loudness. The room we had was basic but had an amazing sea view. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was very attentive and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. we appreciated the convenience of having free drinks while waiting for our room to be ready.

The phone lines did not work, which made it difficult to call reception for any assistance.

Nothing not to like.

The staff were excellent, greeting me with a smile and answering all my queries fully. They even gave me a choice of rooms as the hotel wasn't full. The hotel facilities were great, with secure car parking available, allowing me to leave my car there even after checking out. The location was perfect, right on the seafront and within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes, shops, and attractions in this city. Plus, the hotel offered free on-site parking, a real bonus.
